下唇部血管平滑肌瘤

Angioleiomyoma on the lower lip

报告1例下唇部血管平滑肌瘤。患者男,30岁。左下唇结节3年,渐增大,偶伴有疼痛。皮损组织病理检查示平滑肌细胞增生,肿瘤团块内伴有大量不规则血管腔。免疫组化示血管内皮细胞CD31及CD34阳性,平滑肌细胞的平滑肌肌动蛋白(SMA)阳性。诊断:血管平滑肌瘤。予手术治疗后至今未复发。

A case of angioleiomyoma on the lower lip is reported. A 30-year-old male presented with a painful nodule on the lower lip for 3 years, it grew gradually with occasional pain. Histopathologieal examination revealed proliferation of smooth muscle cells and large amount of wide irregular vascular spaces with varying sizes within the tumor. Immunohistochemical staining showed vascular endothelial cells were positive for CD31 and CD34, and smooth muscle cells positive for smooth muscle actin（SMA）. The diagnosis of angioleiomyoma was made. After surgery, no recurrence occurs so far.
