摘要
报告1例金刚烷胺致网状青斑。患者女,60岁。双下肢泛发网状青斑3个月。皮肤科检查:双下肢网状青紫色斑疹。结合患者因帕金森服用金刚烷胺的病史,排除自身免疫性结缔组织病相关器质性疾病后,诊断为金刚烷胺致网状青斑。停药20 d后网状青斑现象完全消失。
A case of livedo reticularis（LR） induced by amantadine is reported. A 60-year-old female presented with livedo reticularis on both lower limbs for 3 months. Physical examination showed reticular purple macules on both lower limbs. After exclusion of autoimmune connective tissue disease associated with other organic diseases, considering the history of using a- mantadine for the treatment of Parkinson＇s disease, the diagnosis of LR was made. After stopping the medication for 20 days, the skin lesions completely disappeared.
