摘要
1病历摘要患儿女，13岁。右额部红色丘疹4个月。患儿4个月前无明显诱因右额部出现一约粟粒大淡红色丘疹，伴轻微瘙痒，未予诊治。反复搔抓后皮损逐渐增大形成约板栗大的淡红色斑块．多次在外院就诊，分别诊断为“真菌感染”和“创伤性皮炎”。给予治疗（具体不详），无好转。之后皮损逐渐增大，形成约鸡蛋大的浸润性斑块，无糜烂、破溃及渗出。
