摘要 采用电沉积方法在钢基体表面制备Ni-Fe合金镀层。讨论了电流密度对镀层形貌及耐磨性的影响。结果表明:当电流密度为7A/dm^2时,镀层表面均匀、细致,显微硬度高,具有较小的摩擦因数。 Ni-Fe alloy coating was prepared on steel substrate by electrodeposition. Effects of current density on the morphology and wear resistance were discussed. Results showed that the coating obtained at 7 A/dm^2 with uniform and compact surface, high microhardness and low friction coefficient.
