摘要
对甲酸钠、乙酸钠、柠檬酸、乳酸配位剂复配的Ni-Cr-P化学镀层进行了微观形貌、组成、结构、耐蚀性、镀速、硬度等测试。结果表明:Ni-Cr-P化学镀层表面为细致的胞状结构,其含有铬元素,铬的加入促使非晶态结构形成;化学镀Ni-Cr-P的镀速为14μm/h;Ni-Cr-P化学镀层的耐蚀性及硬度均优于Ni-P化学镀层的。
The morphology, composition, structure, corrosion resistance, plating rate and hardness of Ni-Cr-P coating prepared by electroless plating with compound complexing agents composed of sodium formate, sodium acetate, citric acid and lactic acid were tested. Results showed that the Ni-Cr-P coating featuring fine cellular structure, and chromium element was involved, which impel the formation of non-crystalline structure. The plating rate of electroless Ni-Cr-P plating was 14 μm/h. Compared to electroless Ni-P coating, the electroless Ni-Cr-P coating has better corrosion resistance and higher hardness.
