摘要
研究了热浸锌钢板的硅酸盐体系无铬钝化工艺。通过硫酸铜点滴试验及电化学工作站测试钝化膜的耐蚀性。结果表明:在pH=12、θ=70℃,t=15 min的条件下所得钝化膜的耐蚀性较好。
Chromium-free passivation technology for hot-dip galvanized steel sheet in silicate system was studied. The corrosion resistance of the passivation films were tested by copper sulfate dripping experiment and electrochemical workstation. Results showed that the passivation films obtained under the conditions of pH value 12.0, temperature 70 ℃ and passivation time 15 min has better corrosion resistance.
