304不锈钢黑化工艺的研究

摘要 将304不锈钢加热至300℃并迅速浸没于硫代硫酸钠溶液中,可制得具有装饰效果的黑化膜。通过草酸点滴试验、Tafel曲线和交流阻抗等方法检测黑化膜的耐蚀性,并通过扫描电子显微镜观察黑化膜的表面形貌。结果表明:黑化膜呈片状紧密覆盖在304不锈钢基体表面,有效提高了304不锈钢基体的耐蚀性。 304 stainless steel was heated to 300 ℃ and immersed in sodium thiosulfate solution promptly, and then the decorative blackening film was prepared. Corrosion resistance of the blackening film was detected by oxalic acid dripping test, Tafel curve, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and other methods, and the surface morphology was observed by scanning electron microscope. Results showed that blackening film in the form of sheets and connect to 304 stainless steel matrix compactly, effectively improving the corrosion resistance of 304 stainless steel.
