我国酒店绿色管理研究

当前产业绿色化发展进程不断加快,就国内酒店业而言,绿色管理有很大的发展空间,然而实际运营中却存在着绿色环保观念欠缺、能源浪费严重等现象,亟需从整体观念、产品服务、单位运营及顾客消费等环节着手推行绿色管理体系建设,努力实现经济绩效与生态环境绩效的协调发展。文章基于绿色管理理论,通过对国外酒店绿色管理与国内酒店绿色管理状况进行对比分析,就国内酒店业创建绿色管理体系从培养绿色观念、研发绿色产品、推行绿色运营、倡导绿色消费等方面提出针对性建议和对策。

Nowadays, with the increasingly accelerating process of green industry, Green Management has an enormous development potential. The implementation of Green Management in China, however, has encountered many obstacles, such as lack of environmental awareness and energy waste, etc. Therefore, it is required to carry out the construction of Green Management system in terms of perception, product service and operation as well as customer consumption so as to achieve the balance of economic performance and environmental performance. Based on the Green Management philosophy, the paper compares the current situations of how green management operates in hotels at home and abroad, and then proposes some corre- sponding suggestions and strategies on how to construct green management system in terms of domestic hotels, such as cul- tivating green awareness, researching and developing green products and implementing green operation as well as promot- ing green consumption.
