“一带一路”与新亚欧经济带建设

"一带一路"战略的提出,赋予新亚欧大陆桥经济带更加广泛的内涵和新的发展机遇。本文首先对新亚欧经济带战略构想的提出和发展思路进行了梳理和总结,在此基础上把"一带一路"战略与新亚欧经济带建设联系起来进行研究,深入分析了"一带一路"战略给新亚欧经济带所带来的机遇,认为"一带一路"战略的提出,把世界上经济最具活力的亚太地区、资源丰富的中亚地区和经济发达的欧洲地区紧密地联系在一起,这将极大地推进这些区域的国家之间发挥比较优势,实现区域的双赢合作。最后,从基础设施建设、工业化发展、人文合作和环境保护等几个方面提出了推进新亚欧经济带建设的举措。

Along with the proposal of the strategy about ＂One Belt and One Road＂, the New Eurasian Continental Bridge Economic Belt is endowed with a wider range of connotation. Therefore, it has become the focus of this paper about how to promote the construction of the New Eurasian Economic Belt under the initiative of the Silk Road Economic Zone and Twenty-first Century Silk Road on the sea. This paper intends to study the following three parts. The first part is mainly about the basic conception and development about the New Eurasian Economic Belt. The second part analyzes new opportunities about the construction of the New Eurasian Economic Belt which One Belt and One Road brings to. The third part mainly puts for- ward the measures about the construction of the New Eurasian Economic Belt.
