江西电子信息产业集群效应分析——基于中部六省的比较分析

电子信息产业已被中共江西省委、省政府列入了全省经济发展的六大支柱产业予以重点扶持,同时也是其主攻的十大战略性新兴产业之一。虽然江西的电子信息产业集群已经初具规模且发展势头良好,但其产业集群效应仍缺乏有效的评价。文章通过构建评价指标体系,对江西与中部其他五省电子信息产业效应进行较为全面的比较分析。研究结果表明,江西电子信息产业集群经济效应较好,但综合水平仍较低,突出表现为技术溢出和社会效应等方面有待优化。

Electronic information industry has been not only listed in the Jiangxi＇s provincial six major pillar industries with main support, but also one of the provincial ten strategic emerging industries. Although the electronic information industry clus- ter in Jiangxi has already begun to take shape and has good momentum of development, the effective evaluation of the ef- fect of the industrial clusters is still lacking. Through building an evaluation index system, this paper comprehensively ana- lyzes the effect of the electronic information industry cluster of Jiangxi in comparison with other five provinces in central China. The conclusions show that the economic effect of Jiangxi＇s electronic information industry cluster is good, but the overall level is still low which strikingly reflects that the technology spillover and social effect need to be optimized.
