摘要
目的:探讨临床药师参与卡马西平不良反应药学监护的模式。方法:对临床药师参与一例卡马西平致严重不良反应的药学监护过程进行分析。结果:临床药师提出的建议得到采纳,并获得对患者有利的临床治疗效果。结论:临床药师有必要开展卡马西平的药学监护工作,保障患者用药安全。
Objective： To study the mode of pharmaceutical care of clinical pharmacists on severe adverse reactions induced by carbamazepine.Methods： The pharmaceutical care process participated by clinical pharmacists in a case of serious adverse reactions caused by carbamazepine was analyzed.Results：Clinical pharmacist’s advices were adopted andfavorable clinical outcomes were gained. Conclusion： Pharmaceutical care of carbamazepine is necessary for clinical pharmacists to ensure the drug safety of patients.
