摘要
承受重载交通的沥青路面易出现车辙和裂缝等早期破坏。文章从实际情况出发,利用ANSYS有限元软件对内蒙古境内三种典型半刚性基层沥青路面结构建立三维有限元模型,进行仿真模拟,并施加不同轴重的双圆荷载和水平方向荷载,分析了路面结构的力学响应量,为内蒙古重载高速公路沥青路面结构设计提供一些理论基础。研究表明:在同一轴载作用下,结构三的半刚性层底拉应力是结构一的1.5倍,是结构二的1倍;轴载由100 k N增加到120 k N时,沥青层层底拉应力增加了11.1%。
The heavy traffic makes the early damage of the crack and rut on asphalt pavement easily. This article embarks from the actual situation, and uses ANSYS finite element software for simulation to build three - dimensional finite element model of three typical semi - rigid base asphalt pavement structure in Inner Mongolia, which is applied different axle load of the double circular load and horizontal load, and to analyze the mechanical response of pavement structure, and designs to provide some theoretieal basis for designation of Inner Mongolia highway asphalt pavement structure. The research shows that: in the same axis, the semi - rigid layer bottom tensile stress of structure of three is 1.5 times the structure of one, and is 1 times the structure of two; and when the axial load which is increases to 120 kN from 100kN, asphalt layer bottom tensile stress increased by 11.1%.
