温拌沥青改性剂使用性能调查与评价

Using performance investigation and evaluation of warm mix asphalt modifier

为了确定常用温拌沥青及其混合料的技术性能,调查当前应用较为广泛的温拌剂类型及其推荐用量,基于沥青三大指标试验,分析温拌剂对沥青性能的影响规律,并借助混合料高低温及水稳性试验评价混合料的路用性能。结果表明,多数温拌剂产品可改善沥青的高温性能,对沥青低温性能产生不利影响,对其他指标影响不大。因此,新产品的开发应针对目前存在的问题进行改进设计。

In order to determine the technical characteristics of the commonly used warm mix asphalt and its mixture, investigated current widely applied warm mix asphalt modifier types and the recommended dosage, based on the three major indexes asphalt test, analyzed the effect rule of warm mix asphalt modifier on the performance of asphalt, and evaluated performance of mixtures with high and low temperature and water stability test. The results showed that most of the warm mix asphalt modifier product can improve the high temperature performance of asphalt, adversely affecting the performance of asphalt at low tempera- ture, little influence on other indicators. Therefore, the development of new products should based on the current existing prob- lems to improve the design.
