摘要
采用二维瞬态有限元法计算了一台单相串励电动机的火花因数、运行特性以及径向力。首先采用解析法和二维有限元法相结合的方法计算了电机的换向电流,并计算出火花因数以及对应的火花等级,结果与实际相符。接着计算了单相串励电动机的机械特性和工作特性。然后采用麦克斯韦张量法计算该电机在不同电刷位移角下的径向力。最后,样机的实测值与计算值一致,验证了计算结果的有效性。
The commutation factor, operation characteristics and radial force for a single-phase series motor were computed using a transient finite element (FE) method. First, the commutation current was computed using a combined analysis and FE method. In addition, the spark factor and its grade were obtained, which is in accordance with the actual. Second, the mechanical and work performance of the motor were presented. Third, the radial force of the motor was computed in terms of different brush position angles. Finally, the computed values were verified by the measured values for the motor.
