基于开放式绕组异步电动机的容错控制的研究

摘要 开放式绕组异步电动机采用三相H桥拓扑结构,其输出电压能力与三电平逆变器相当。具有提高电动机供电电压,采用非弱磁方法提高电机转速和改善电压输出波形等优点。由于系统采用三相独立供电,系统所用的开关管个数增加,系统故障率提高。在对常见的短路和断路故障进行故障辨识和重构后,系统由剩余两相继续工作。容错控制时电机磁链幅值是正常运行时的3^(1/2)/3,仍能维持继续运行。最后经过实验验证,证明容错控制的可行性。 The open-end winding asynchronous motor adopts three-phase H bridge topology. And the output vohage ability is equal tothe three-level inverter. It can improve the motor power supply voltage, the motor speed without using the flux weakening and the output voltage waveform. Because the system adopts three-phase independent power supply, the switch tube used in the system number increases. So the system failure rate increases. After fault recognition and reconstruction of the common short circuit and open circuit fault, the remaining two phases of the system continue to work. The motor flux is of the normal control, which can still maintain continue running. Finally the feasibility of fault-tolerant control is proved by experimental verification.
