步进电动机应用于全自动剪板机,提高了自动化水平。文章结合板材切割类中小企业的生产实际,主要分析了步进电动机在全自动剪板机中的加减速控制曲线与流程,详细分析了指数曲线升降速查表算法,可以直接指导中小企业进行剪板机的全自动改造。

The stepper motor is applied to the automatic cutting machine improving the automation level. Combined with the actual production of sheet cutting of small and medium sized enterprises, the control curve and flow of stepper motor in the automatic cutting machine were mainly analyzed. The exponential curve lifting speed lookup table algorithm was analyzed in detail. That can guide the modification of automatic shearing machine.
