摘要
传统的模拟信号控制电机有着控制精度低、响应速度慢、超调量大等问题。针对无刷直流电机的应用前景和在复杂环境下高精度稳定控制、响应速度快等要求,以TMS320F2812为核心设计控制电路输出PWM波形,来模拟控制无刷直流伺服电动机转动,并通过占空比的改变来实现高精度转速调节的功能。该设计使用按键来进行参数调整,通过LCD显示模块显示占空比,频率等相关信息,显示直观。
The traditional motor control with analog signals has problems of low control precision, slow response and large overshoot. For the application prospect and requirements (such as high precision, good stability and fast response) of brushless DC motor in complicated environment, the control circuit was designed with TMS320F2812 as core to output PWM waves. The high precision speed regulation was realized through variation of duty cycle. The design used keystrokes to adjust parameters and used LCD to display information such as duty cycle and frequency.
