对比剂急性肾损伤早期生物学标志物的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 近年来,数字减影血管造影(digital subtraction angiography,DSA)此项无创检查已在大多数医院普遍开展,它在获取患者血管图像方面较其他检查更为清晰完整,另外随着心、脑、肾等血管介入治疗的广泛开展,含碘对比剂(contrast medium,CM)所致的对比剂急性肾损伤(contrastinduced acute kidney injury,CI-AKI)却伴随而来,约占医源性肾功能不全的第3位,其增加了患者的致死率及致残率,病情严重时需要血液透析治疗,无疑给患者带来了巨大的医疗负担。
