摘要
目的探讨PBL(problem-based learning)教学法在临床医学生见习中应用的价值。方法入选某校7年制临床医学专业学生共93人,按年级分两组分别采用传统的见习方法和PBL教学见习法;采用2x检验比较两组在听课、讨论认真程度,见习收获以及对本次见习满意度等方面的差别。结果采取传统见习方法的47名学生,总的不认真听课、不认真参与讨论率为27.7%(13/47);课后问卷调查显示,感觉有收获、对本次见习课满意的比例为63.8%(30/47);而采用PBL见习方法的46名学生,总的不认真听课、参与讨论的比例为6.5%(3/46),两组比较有显著性差异(P=0.007),问卷调查满意的比例为91.3%(42/46),与前组比较亦差异显著(P=0.002)。结论 PBL法组见习同学在见习认真程度、满意度等方面总体优于传统见习组同学。
Objective To evaluate the value of PBL teaching method in the probation process of clinical medical students, Methods 93 seven-year system students majored in clinical medicine were selected from a school They were divided into two groups of traditional training and PBL respectively. The differences in the concentration on listening and discussion, training benefit and satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups with X2 test. Results There were 47 students who were trained with traditional teaching method, the totally rate of absent-minded during listening and discussion was 27-7% (13/47). The after-class questionnaire indicated that only 63.8% (30/47) felt rewarded and satisfied. However, in the group of 46 students who were trained with PBL teaching method, the rate was 6.5% (3/46). A significant difference was demonstrated between these two groups ( P=-0. 007 ) . As for the questionnaire, 91.3% (42/46) considered satisfied with PBL method, which was quite different from the former group (P=-0. 002). Conclusions The students in the PBL group are superior in aspects such as learning attitude and satisfy rate than those in traditional group obviously.
