Clinical analysis of TCM Syndromes of Still's disease in adult

目的:分析成人Still病(AOSD)的中医证候学特征。方法:回顾性分析2009-2015年我院风湿科门诊和病房确诊为AOSD的36例患者的临床资料。结果:36例AOSD患者以发热、关节疼痛、皮疹、咽痛、口渴等为主要中医症状,以风湿热痹为主要证型;以WBC升高、NEUT%增高、ESR增快、CRP升高、血清Ferritin升高为主要实验室检查特点。结论:1本组36例患者中,女性患者多于男性,风湿热痹证最为常见。2发热、关节疼痛、皮疹、咽痛、口渴为出现频次最高的证候。3炎性指标的升高与风湿热痹的发生关系密切。

Objective： to analyze the characteristics of TCM syndromes in adult Still disease （AOSD）. Methods： the clini- cal data of 36 patients with AOSD in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed in 2009-2015 years. Results： 36 cases of AOSD patients with fever, joint pain, rash, sore throat, thirst for TCM symptoms, with rheumatic fever as the main card type; by the increase of WBC, neut% increased, ESR, CRP, serum ferritin increased as the main characteristics of labora- tory. Conclusion： the group of 36 patients, more women than men, the most common rheumatic fever arthralgia. The fever, joint pain, rash, sore throat, thirst for the highest frequency of occurrence of the syndrome. The elevation of the inflammatory index is closely related to the occurrence of rheumatic fever.
