脑出血患者中西医结合护理疗效观察

Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing applied to effect observed in patients with cerebral hemorrhage

目的:探究应用中西医结合护理脑出血患者的临床疗效,为提升护理水平提供依据。方法:106例脑出血患者,采取随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组,对照组患者采取常规护理,实验组患者在对照组护理基础上采取中西医结合护理,对比观察2组患者护理前后生活质量核心量表评分情况(QOL-C30)及焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分情况、并发症情况及患者对护理的满意程度。结果:护理后实验组患者QOL-C30及SAS评分明显优于对照组,实验组总并发症率明显低于对照组,总满意率明显高于对照组,P均<0.05,差异具统计学意义。结论:对脑出血患者采取中西医结合护理干预可明显改善患者的病情,降低并发症,明显改善患者生活质量及心理状况,且患者满意度高,具有较高的临床应用及推广价值。

Purpose To explore the application of the clinical effect of combined Chinese and western medicine nurs- ing in patients with cerebral hemorrhage, provide the basis for improve the nursing level.Methods Selected from December 2012 to April 2012 the inpatient 106 cerebral hemorrhage patients as the research object, the nursing according to differ- ent nursing plan all of the patients to take random number table method can be divided into control group and experimental group and control group patients take the routine nursing care, nursing on the basis of the experimental group patients in the control group take the Chinese and western medical care, compared two groups before and after patient care quality of life core rating scale （QOL - C30） and self-evaluation of anxiety scale （SAS） grading, complications of nursing and patients satisfaction.Results Care the former two groups of patients＇ QOL - C30 and SAS score comparison no difference, p 〉 0.05, there was no statistically significant difference; After nursing experimental group patients QOL - C30 and SAS score was better than control group, experimental group total complication rate is significantly lower than the control group, the total satisfaction rate is significantly higher than the control group, p 〈 0.05, differences have statistical significance.Conclusion In patients with cerebral hemorrhage to combine traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing intervention can obvi- ously improve the patient＇ s illness, patients with complication rate is low, can obviously improve the patient＇ s quality of life and psychological status, and patient satisfaction is high, has high value of clinical application and promotion.
