中加职业教育质量保障体系比较研究——以加拿大德恒学院为例

A Comparative Study on Quality Assurance System of Vocational Education between China and Canada——A Case Study of the Canadian University of Germany

社区学院作为加拿大培养现代职业技术人才的主要力量和经济发展的重要引擎,以其鲜明的办学特色和完备的质量保障体系成为世界职业教育的一个典范。本文以加拿大安大略省德恒学院为例,分析比较中加高职院校质量保障体系在顶层设计、发展规划、人才培养、绿色发展、校园文化等方面的差异,对我国建立现代职教体系,发展特色高职教育具有重要启示。

The community college, as a major power and economic development of Canada to cultivate the modern professional and technical personnel, with its distinctive features and a comprehensive quality assurance system, has become a model of world vocational education. This study takes Ontario College of Canada as an example so as to analyze and compare the differences of quality assurance system in some aspects, such as the top design, development planning, personnel training,green development and college culture which is useful for the construction of modern vocational education.
