摘要
目的探讨人工耳蜗植入儿童术后康复的有效教学方法。方法分析与比较l例极重度听障儿童人工耳蜗植入手术前后的康复评估结果。结果个案开机时言语识别率为38%,术后1年提高至88%,术后2年提高至97%;个案开机时语言年龄为0.16岁,术后1年提高至1.8岁,术后2年提高至3岁;个案开机时学习能力商为98,术后1年提高至126,术后2年提高至140。个案术后采用听觉口语法进行康复,其听说能力、认知水平、沟通能力不断提高。结论本研究个案通过植入人工耳蜗,片在开机后及时进行听觉口语法康复训练,其听觉、言语、语言、认知、沟通能力得到均衡全面地发展,该幼儿在人工耳蜗植入1年后康复效果显著。
Objective To explore effective teaching methods for hearing-impaired children after cochlear implantation. Methods The preoperative and postoperative assessment results of a profoundly hearing-impaired child were recorded and compared to analyze the rehabilitation outcome. Results The speech recognition score of the child was 38% after switch-on and increased to 88% and 97% one year and two years after the operation respectively. The language age was 0.16 year old after switch-on and increased to 1.8 and 3 years old one year and two years after the operation respectively. The learning quotient was 98 after switch-on and increased to 126 and 140 one year and two years after the operation respectively. The child received auditory verbal therapy and showed significant improvements in auditory, speech,cognitive and communicative abilities. Conclusion The child received cochlear implantation and auditory verbal therapy after switch- on. One year after cochlear implantation, the child showed remarkable improvements in auditory, speech, language, cognitive and communicative abilities.
