葫芦素E抗肿瘤作用的研究进展

Study Progress on Antitumor Effects of Cucurbitacin E

以葫芦素E、肿瘤、cucurbitacin E、cancer、tumor等作为关键词,在PubMed、中国知网、万方等数据库中检索有关葫芦素E抗肿瘤方面的研究文献,对关于葫芦素E抗肿瘤方面的研究资料进行综述。葫芦素E对多个器官的肿瘤细胞具有明显的抑制作用,随着抗肿瘤方面研究的深入,葫芦素E有望被开发成新一代的抗肿瘤药物。

The research literature related to the antitumor effects of cucurbitacin E was searched from PubMed, CNKI and Wanfang database using the keywords such as ＂cucurbitacin E＂, ＂cancer＂ and ＂tumor ＂ and the information was screened and analyzed. Cucurbitacin E had an apparent inhibition on tumor cells of multiple organs. With the deep research on antitumor it is possible to develop a new generation of antitumor drug of cucurbitacin E.
