高祥福教授病证结合诊治强直性脊柱炎经验

The Experience of Professor Gao Xiangfu in the Diagnosis and Treatment on Ankylosing Spondylitis by Combination of Disease and Syndrome

[目的]总结高祥福教授临床病证结合诊治强直性脊柱炎(ankylosing spindylitis,AS)经验。[方法]通过跟随高祥福教授临诊和学习高祥福教授的医案,总结老师治疗AS的学术观点和临床经验,并附验案举隅。[结果]高祥福教授认为AS的病机以肝肾亏虚、气血不足、肾虚督寒为内因,风寒湿邪为外因,瘀血阻络贯穿疾病始终。治疗原则以辛温散寒、补益肝肾、祛瘀止痛为主,常用方剂为独活寄生汤和桂枝芍药知母汤加减化裁,取得较好疗效。所附验案,疗效显著。[结论]高祥福教授治疗AS的经验特色鲜明,疗效确定,值得深入学习和推广运用。

[Objective] The article summarizes the essentials of clinical dialectical experience in the diagnosis and treatment on ankylosing spondylitis by combination of disease and syndrome by professor Gao Xiangfu. [Methods]From following professor Gao Xiangfu clinical studies,summarize the experience and thoughts of treating ankylosing spondylitis,and with a case. [Results]The professor Gao Xiangfu believes that the pathogenesis of ankylosing spondylitis is caused by liver and kidney deficiency,deficiency of Qi and blood,yang-qi deficiency of DU-MAI,induced by external factors,mixing with blood stasis. Xin Wen Sanhan,tonifying the liver and kidney,removing blood stasis and dispeling evil can achieve good effect. [Conclusion]Professor Gao Xiangfu＇s academic thoughts and clinical experience on ankylosing spondylitis is worthy of in-depth study and understanding.
