Lixia District:The Impetus of Jinan CBD

时间回到2015年夏天。如同当时盛夏炽热的天气,济南迎来发展的热潮。6月10日至12日,全市＂解放思想大讨论＂务虚会召开。会议把济南发展总的目标定为＂打造四个中心、建设现代泉城＂。与此同时,承载＂四个中心＂重要平台的济南中央商务区,确定落子文博片区：济南中央商务区拉开了大发展的序幕。6月18日,济南中央商务区建设工作领导小组第一次会议召开,标志着济南中央商务区建设工作正式启动。

It became a day for celebration of Lixia district that the CBD of Jinan settled down in Wenbo region,which was considered a rare opportunity tor development with the commitment of the whole community.Though many hurdles arising from demolition seem certain,Lixia district recognizes the land exploitation and relocation project as a urgent task that ought to be completed by joint hands for honor,since it has realized this is a strategic decision endowed by the municipal Party committee and the municipal government,a golden opportunity based on concentrated forces of the city and a longing for regional development of the district.It will accomplish the task assigned by the municipal committee and government satisfactorily and on time.On July 27 th Lixia district convoked the mobilization meeting of land requisition and resettlement related to the CBD region,which calls for implementing segregation of duties in specific zones,leading forces of the four divisions,mobilization of the people and orderly execution for well-defined goals.According to the 'four principals' which insists standard,harmonious,justified and efficient demolition,the land expropriation headquarters of Jinan CBD was set up,distributed into three hierarchies including the command,implementation and supervision.
