摘要
以涤纶织物为基布,采用原位聚合法和磁控溅射技术制备聚吡咯/银复合导电涤纶织物。对吡咯原位聚合工艺条件进行优化,得到的优化工艺为:吡咯单体浓度0.8 mol/L,三氯化铁浓度0.4 mol/L,十二烷基苯磺酸钠浓度0.6 mol/L,在冰水浴中氧化反应3 h,制备的聚吡咯导电织物表面电阻最小为196.65Ω/cm。利用磁控溅射技术在其表面镀覆银后,织物导电性能有一定的提高,干湿摩擦牢度和皂洗牢度较高。
Polypyrrole/Ag conductive polyester fabric is prepared by in-situ oxidative polymerization and magnetron sputtering technology with polyester as the matrix. The in-situ polymerization process of pyr- role is optimized as follows: pyrrole monomer 0,8 mol/L, ferric chloride 0.4 mol/L, sodium dodecyl ben- zene sulfonate 0.6 mol/L, oxidation in ice-water bath for 3 h. The minimum surface resistance of the con- ductive polypyrrole fabric is 196.65 Ω/cm. The conductivity and rubbing and soaping fastness of polypyr- role/Ag polyester fabric are further improved by plating silver on its surface using magnetron sputtering technique.
