锦/氨纶四面弹织物具有独特的纤维纱线组织、时尚的面料纹理和优异的服用性能。从染化料助剂的选择、印染加工工艺流程的控制、设备的影响,以及技术管理等,介绍了锦/氨纶四面弹印花面料的加工工艺,包括前处理采用冷堆和平幅退浆工艺,以去除织物上油剂和浆料;采用弱酸性染料直接印花,对于中深色可采用或拼用中性染料;印花后可在弱碱性条件下使用白底防沾剂TF-136,并辅以酸性固色剂TF-506S;通过调节定形机的温度、车速、超喂等方式来稳定门幅。
Polyamide/spandex elastic fabric has unique yarn organization, fashional texture and excellent wearability. The printing process of polyamide/spandex elastic fabric is introduced, including selection of dyes and auxiliaries, control of printing and dyeing processes, equipment and technical management. Cold pad-batch and open width desizing processes are carried out to remove the oil and sizing agents from the fabric. Direct printing with weak acid dyes is carried out. Neutral dyes can be used or com- bined with other dyes for medium or dark shade fabrics. White ground anti-staining agent TF-136 with acid color fixing agent TF-506S is used to improve color fastness of printed fabric under weak alkaline condition. The width of finished products can be controlled by adjustment of temperature, speed and overfeed.
