Standardization is an important means to improve enterprise management. This paper introduces practical experience and achievements of standardization work at Datang Yantan hydropower station, including background of the standardization system, achievements and experience of management improvements. It is useful for making references to electric enterprises＇ standardization work, especially for other hydroelectric enterprises.
