从质量社会共治看大数据平台建设的前景

Prospect of Big Data Platform for Quality Co-governance

社会共治是政府开展公共事务管理的一种新模式。本文从质量社会共治格局形成的需求出发,阐述政府、企业、消费者在质量社会共治中的职责和关系。在此基础上,结合当前大质量工作进一步深化的需求,提出了以质量大数据平台为载体,为全社会共同参与质量工作提供技术支撑,并初步探讨了这一平台的建设构想。

Co-governance is a newly-developed mode which can be applied to the government＇ s supervision of public affairs. Starting from the demands of co-governance, this paper illustrates firstly the responsibility among the government, entrepreneur and customers as well as their internal connections. Considering the consolidation of social quality management, the paper puts forward an innovative way which is based on the big data platform to technically support the work and also proposes to the establishment of the platform.
