核电站设备制造质量问题闭环管理的信息化研究与运用 被引量:2

摘要 核电设备,尤其是关键设备的制造质量能否满足技术要求,对于电站的安全运行有着重要意义。质量问题闭环管理信息系统将设备制造过程中产生的质量问题,统一归口,然后按照问题的类型及严重程度,分别选择适当的跟踪关闭手段,对每个问题逐个跟踪,直至关闭。通过信息化系统化手段,提高问题跟踪的效率,避免问题的遗漏跟踪,防止设备带病出厂。通过对信息系统中问题数据的分析还可以定期了解供应商质量趋势和薄弱环节,针对性地采取措施。 For nuclear equipment, especially key equipment, the equipment manufacturing quality has a great effect on the safety operating of nuclear power plant. The information system of the quality issue closed loop management is a valid tool which can be used to collect all the quality issues, and select the following and treating manners according to the type and severity of issues, until to be closed. All the quality issues can be effectively followed and sure to be closed before equipment quality release via this management system. Not only this, but also that we can follow the equipment manufacturing quality trend and the quality problem of the suppliers by analyzing the related quality issues recorded in this system, which could be helpful to take actions or strengthen the quality control.
