通过对医学院校跨专业硕士研究生招生现状在国外、国内两个区域进行了现状分析,揭示了跨专业考生的报考动机,指出了跨专业招生对医学院校和考生的深刻影响。最后,在跨专业研究生招生原则和招生程序两个方面进行原则和制度建设的探讨。

This article analyzes the current situation of trans-disciplinary post graduate admissions in medical colleges in both abroad and domestic reveals the motivation of trans-disciplinary candidates,and also points out that this reform has profound influence on both medical schools and candidates in China.Finally,the principles and procedures of recruiting trans-disciplinary undergraduate students in medical universities are discussed.
