Service Quality Gap Analysis of Preventive Medical Postgraduates in Training Service and Improvement Strategy

预防医学研究生培养服务质量是预防医学研究生教育发展的根本与关键,直接影响我国公共卫生事业的发展。运用服务质量差距模型对我校预防医学教学服务质量存在的问题进行分析,提出消除服务质量差距,提高服务质量的策略,以期为预防医学研究生培养质量的提升提供借鉴。

The service quality of preventive medical graduate students is the key to the development of medical postgraduate education,and affects the development of public health in China directly.In this paper,we analyze the problems existing in our teaching of preventive medicine service using service quality gap model,and put forward the strategy to improve the service quality,in order to make useful reference for the enhancing qualities of prevent medical postgraduate training.
