摘要
在医患矛盾日益突出的形势下,加强医学生职业精神培训对缓解紧张的医患关系有重要意义。循证医学作为医学生职业精神的"硬件",强调了医学的严谨性。人文关怀作为医学生职业精神的"软件",强调了医学的人文性。将循证医学与人文关怀结合,通过显性教育和隐性教育,可以有效地培养医学生的职业精神,并可以通过多种方法和评估体系对培养效果做出评估。
In the context of doctor-patient contradiction,the enhancing of professionalism among medical students' training to relieve the tension of the doctor-patient relationship is important.As the"hardware"of the medical students' professionalism,evidence-based medicine emphasized the preciseness of medical science.And as the"software"of the medical students' professionalism,humanistic care emphasized the humanity of medical science.By the combination of evidence-based medicine and humanistic care,teachers can train the medical students' professionalism effectively via the dominant education and the recessive education,and teachers can also evaluate the training effect by many ways and systems.
