摘要
采用以"疾病发展自然规律"的课程整合模式,将病原生物学与免疫学的实验课程进行了有机整合。研究历时8年,通过对8个年级学生考试成绩分析、问卷调查以及专家评价等方式对项目研究进行总结。结果表明,98.6%的学生认为对课程进行整合改革"很有必要";95.3%的学生认为课程整合的教学改革激发了他们的学习兴趣,增强了他们的学习主动性和探索精神;87.5%的学生认为课程整合有助于解决临床实际问题。学习期末成绩平均提高9.27分,与传统实验教学组相比有显著差异;同时,项目研究也得到了专家组的高度评价,认为该课程体系整合规范、自然,连贯,有助于培养学生的实际工作能力,具有很好的可操作性和示范推广价值。
This research adopts the development law of nature disease mode of curriculum integration,the basic medical experimental courses of pathogenic biology and immunology of organic integration.Study of eight years,through to the eight grade students' exam results analysis,questionnaire investigation and expert evaluation method to summarize research projects.The results showed that 98.6% of the students think integration reform of the course necessary;95.3% of the students thought that the teaching reform of curriculum integration has inspired their interest in learning,enhance their learning initiative and exploration spirit;87.5%of the students thought that curriculum integration can help to solve practical problems.Learning final grade average increased by 9.27 points,comp aredwiththe traditional experimental teaching group had significant difference.At the same time,the project also received high evaluation panel,thinks that the curriculum system,natural integration specification,leave no dead angle,is helpful to develop the students' ability of practical work,has the very good operability and demonstration promotion value.
