新形势下肿瘤学临床教学的思考

Thinking of Oncology Clinical Teaching under the New Situation

目前我国是世界上肿瘤发病率上升最快的国家之一,但是我国肿瘤学人才的培养方式与发达国家仍有较大差距,导致我们在肿瘤学基础研究与临床治疗领域缺乏创新型人才,也迫切需要临床肿瘤学教学的改革。本文通过分析肿瘤学教学中的问题,提出临床肿瘤学教学改进的方法,以期培养更多高素质肿瘤专科人才。

At present,China is one of the world＇s fastest-rising incidences of cancer.However,there is still a great gap in the oncology talent cultivating mode between China and developed countries,and it＇s leading to the lack of creative talent in the oncology field of basic research and clinical treatment.It is urgent needed the reform in the teaching of clinical oncology.In this paper,we proposed several methods to improve the training of clinical oncology by analyzing the problems in oncology teaching,in order to foster more high-quality cancer talents.
