摘要
根据自升式生产处理平台空间的自身特点,着重研究了污水处理工艺中高效小型化气浮处理装置;简单介绍了气浮净化技术的概况,并对气浮产生的过程进行了概述。根据海洋固定生产平台的含油污水处理工艺,对常规气浮技术做出了介绍,如诱导气浮、射流气浮和溶气气浮;针对近年来气浮新技术的进展,着重介绍了紧凑式旋流气浮(CFU),并与常规气浮做了综合对比。
This paper studies the effective wastewater treatment process of miniaturized gas float processing unit according to the production processing jack-up platform＇s space characteristics and introduces the process of gas float. According to the marine fixed production platform of oil-bearing wastewater treatment process, traditional air flotation was introduced, includ- ing induced air flotation, jet flotation and dissolved air flotation. In view of new air flotation technologies, compact flotation unit （CFU） was expounded and compared with traditional air flotation techniques.
