天津市高新技术企业发展情况分析

Analysis on the Development of High-tech Companies in Tianjin

发展和培育高新技术企业是全国乃至全球科技发展的重要战略。天津市高新技术企业在近3年内呈现出增速快、质量优的良好态势,但与先进省市,如北京、上海等相比还存在一定差距。通过对天津市高新技术企业近3年情况的分析,以及现阶段我市高新技术企业发展中存在的问题,提出有针对性的、切实可行的建议。最后从政策体系、科技型中小企业数量、人才引进情况、京津冀协同发展、高新技术产业集群等几方面对我市高新技术企业未来的发展优势进行了探索。

To foster high-tech companies and facilitate their development is an important scientific and technological strat- egy both in China and in the whole world. The past three years witnessed the booming of high-tech companies in Tianjin. However, there is a clear distance to advanced cities such as Beijing and Shanghai. Through the analysis of the companies in the city in the past three years and their existing problems, the paper puts forward some targeted and feasible suggestions. Finally, future development advantages of these companies were forecasted from the perspectives of policy system, the num- ber of small and medium sized technology-based companies, talent introduction, the coordinated development of Beijing- Tianjin-Hebei and high-tech industry clusters.
