摘要
用高温固相法制备了Ce3+掺杂的红色荧光材料——Ba3Eu(BO3)3∶Ce3+.用X-射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、荧光分光光度计对所得样品的物相、表面形貌、激发光谱和发射光谱进行表征.结果表明,用程序升温法合成,稀土离子Ce3+的最佳掺杂量w=10%、最佳焙烧温度T=750℃.在最佳工艺条件下制备出的荧光材料的发光性能较好.
Ba3Eu(BO3)3:Ce3+-mingled red phosphor was synthesized through high temperature solid state method.The phase,surface topography,excitation spectra,and emission spectrum of generated samples were characterized by x-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope,and fluorospectro photometer.The results show that,the synthesis through temperature programming method makes the optimum doping quality of rare earth ion Ce3+w =10%,and best calcination temperature of which T =750 ℃.The fluorescent material synthesized under optimum technological condition has preferable luminescence property.
