摘要 为提高锂离子电池的安全性能,对特定阻燃电解液及其相关性能进行了探究.在1mol/L LiPF6/EC∶DEC(质量比1∶1)传统二元电解液中分别加入磷酸三苯酯(TPP)和甲基膦酸二甲酯(DMMP)作为阻燃共溶剂,并采用燃烧测试、热学性能以及电化学性能测试等方法对其性能进行了研究.结果表明电解液达到不燃标准(阻燃效率η≥0.9)的最佳比例分别为质量分数为55%TPP和35%DMMP.此外,含一定量TPP、DMMP的阻燃性电解质与电极材料具有良好的相容性. To improve the safety of Li-ion battery, the specific flame-retardant electrolytes and their properties were studied. Triphenyl phosphate (TPP) and dimethyl methyl phosphonate (DMMP) were used as the cosolvent in 1M LiPF6/EC : DEC (1 : 1 in weight) to reformulate the nonflammable electrolyte. The flame-retarded ability, thermal and electrochemical performances with these electrolytes were studied. The results show that the optimal mass fractions are 55% TPP and 35% DMMP Furthermore, the mod by controlling the flame-retardant efficiency (η≥0.9) of the electrolytes. ified electrolyte matches the electrode materials well in both physical and electrochemical stability.
