摘要
以县域公共体育场馆或全民健身活动中心锻炼者为评价主体,基于重要性-绩效(IPA)分析法和满意度三因素理论,对县域公共体育设施服务质量进行评价。在筛选的24项服务属性指标中,9项服务属性为"继续保持",6项为"急需改进",5项为"过犹不及";通过实证分析提出持续改进县域公共体育设施服务质量和运营管理的策略。
Based on Importance-Performance Analysis( IPA) and the theory of three-factor satisfaction,the study evaluated the service quality of public sports facilities in the region of counties,by taking the public sports stadiums or body-building activity centers as the assessment subjects. The results showthat,among 24 indexes,9 of them should be remained while 6 of them need to be improved and 5 of them go beyond the limit. This paper also presented the strategies to improve the service quality and management of county public sports facilities.
