摘要
植物是植源性食品的原材料。本文综述了稀土元素对植物生长的研究进展及作用机制,介绍了稀土元素在植物体内的分布和存在方式的最新研究成果,从稀土元素对植物种子萌发和根系的影响及机制,提高植物体内酶活性,对植物体内Ca2+的影响及机制,提高植物的抗病性和对不良环境的抵抗能力,对生物体内自由基的清除机制,从植物光合作用和体内叶绿素含量的影响及机制这6个方面概括稀土元素农用的植物生理学基础。概括总结了近年来稀土农用的新的研究成果。最后对稀土农用的问题与前景进行了阐述与展望。
The plants are the origin material of plant-derived foods. This paper reviewed the process and the effects of rare earth elements on plant and introduced the occurrence state of rare earth elements in the inner parts of plants. The effects of rare elements on plant seed germination, root system architecture, promote enzymes activity, their competitive replacement of celluar calcium, their free radical scavenging in the organism, the mechanisms of their effects on the photosynthesis of plants were reviewed. It also provided new ideas for the researches on application technology of rare earth elements in agriculture. In the end, the problem and the further researches on rare earth elements were suggested.
