野生桑黄总黄酮提取工艺及其抗氧化作用的研究 被引量:11

摘要 以野生桑黄中的总黄酮提取率为指标,在单因素试验的基础上,选用L9(34)正交试验对总黄酮提取工艺进行优化,并以VC为对照,测定长白山野生桑黄中总黄酮的抗氧化活性。结果表明,正交试验获得的长白山野生桑黄总黄酮提取的最佳工艺为乙醇浓度60%,料液比1∶50(g/m L),超声功率80 W,提取时间40 min。此时总黄酮含量为84.51 mg/g,提取率为8.45%。 The objects of this study were to optimize extraction technology and to research in vitro antioxidant activity of total flavonoids from wild phellinus vanini. The extraction process was optimized by single factor experiment and orthogonal design L9(34) and the antioxidant effect was determined with VC as positive control. The results had indicated that the extraction optimum technological conditions were the solid-liquid ratio 1∶50 (g/mL), the concentration of ethanol 60%, the extracting time 40 minutes and the extracting power 80 W, and the total flavonoids content was 84.51 mg/g, the extraction rate was 8.45%.
