摘要
采用分光光度计法、HPLC、HPLC-MS法分析测定、鉴定枸杞花粉等多酚类物质含量及主要组成。结果表明,枸杞花粉等6种不同多酚类物质来源的植物材料总多酚类物质含量的变化幅度为0.82 g/100 g^3.92 g/100 g。其中油菜花粉总多酚类物质含量最高,其次是枸杞花粉。各种花粉中的主要多酚类物质是黄酮类。枸杞花粉黄酮类物质含量分别是荷花花粉、油菜花粉、荞麦花粉、向日葵花粉和茶花粉的1.42、0.72、2.78、1.20、2.37倍。初步分离鉴定出枸杞花粉多酚类物质10个,其中主要组分有3个,含量均大于其它所测市售花粉。结果表明,较其它5种蜂花粉材料,枸杞花粉中多酚类物质主要组分与之差异较大,是较好的开发功能性食品的资源。
The polyphonols of of the 6 different kinds of bee pollen ,including Lycum Barbarum Pollenwere evaluated in the study. The total contents of polyphenol were measured using spectrophotometer methods. HPLC and HPLC-MS methods were used to analyze the composition of the polyphenols .The results showed that the total polyphenols of 6 different kinds of bee pollen were 0.82 g/100 g-3.92 g/100 g. Comparatively , the total polyhenols content of Lycium ruthenicum pollen was 1.42 times, 0.72 times, 2.78 times, 1.20 times, and 2.37 times higher than that of Hindu Lotus pollen, rape pollen, Fagopyrum esculentum Moench pollen, sunflower pollen and camellia pollen. 10 polyphenols in Lycum Barbarum pollen were identified. Comparatively , Lycum Barbarum pollen had the higher value of total polyphenol content. It is a rich source of polyphenol , and one kinds of good resources for development of healthy food.
