Recent advaned in novel nanomaterials for photoacoustic imaging

摘要 光声成像是通过成像材料将激光能量在热弹效应作用下转化为超声能量,再通过广谱超声检测器检测超声信号并将其转变为图像信息的一种新型成像技术,同时具备荧光成像以及超声成像的优点.本文就基于近红外染料纳米材料、碳基纳米材料、无机纳米材料、共轭高分子纳米材料、光声增强型复合纳米材料以及金属纳米材料作为造影剂在光声成像中的应用进行综述. Photoacoustic imaging is a new imaging technique developed in recent years. Signals for photoacoustic imaging are generated from imaging materials, where the laser-generated optical energy is transferred to ultrasonic energy un- der the effect of thenno elastic effect, and detected by an ultrasound transducer and converted to image. It is a new imaging technology combined the advantages of fluorescence imaging and ultrasound imaging technique. Herein, the nanomaterials including near-infrared dye-based nanomaterials, carbon-based nanomaterials, inorganic nanomaterials, conjugated polymer nanomaterials,signal enhanced nanocomposite and metallic nanomaterials as contrast agents for photoacoustic imaging applications are reviewed.
