公安警务评议系统的研究与实现

介绍了公安机关的警务评议工作,结合网上督察系统项目建设,顶层设计了警务评议系统,根据公安业务研究了警务评议方式、内容以及系统建设模式,设计了警务评议系统的主要业务功能和警务评议结果。阐述了公安部本级、山东和湖南等地的系统实现技术,最后总结了警务评议系统应用的效果并展望了系统的扩展。

The police evaluation work of public security organs is introduced. In combination with the project construction of the online police supervision system, the police evaluation system was designed in top-level. The police evaluation pattern, contents and system construction mode are studied according to the public security police business, and the main business func- tions and the police evaluation results of the police evaluation system were designed. The implementation technologies of the sys- tem applied in Ministry of Public Security, Shandong and Hunan are elaborated. The application effect of the police evaluation system is summarized, and the extension of the system is expected.
