摘要
为解决旋耕机刀片热轧生产自动化程度低、工人劳动强度大以及生产作业环境差等问题,本文设计了旋耕机刀片热轧的自动送料PLC控制系统。该系统在现有旋耕机刀片生产线的基础上,分析了自动转向控制要求,设计了旋耕机刀片热轧自动转向装置,提出PLC控制刀片的自动转向,给出了PLC的I/O接线图、梯形图和语句表等,实现了旋耕机刀片自动送料机构的自动转向。经验证,该系统简单易行、动态响应快、系统控制效果好。
In the production of rotary blades for hot-rolled, there are problems of low degree of automation,high labor intensity and poor working environment. To solve these problems, this paper designs a PLC control system for rotary tiller blade hot rolling. Based on the existing production line, the paper analyzes the automatic steering control requirements, proposes the PLC automatic steering control blade, and gives the PLC I/O wiring diagrams, ladder diagrams and the statement table to achieve blade automatic steering. The controlling system, with fast and dynamic response, is simple and effective.
