江西省农村最低生活保障标准测算——基于修正的马丁法

Measurement of Rural Poverty Standard in Jiangxi Province Based on Amended Martin Method

本文利用修正的马丁法及配套的调整机制测算了江西省2006—2012年的农村低保标准,并与实际低保标准比较,认为现行低保标准偏低,存在提升的空间,并提出了相关政策建议。

This paper uses the amended Martin Method with its configured adjustment mechanism to estimate the rural poverty standards from 2006-2012 in Jiangxi Province. By compared with the theoretical result, the actual rural poverty standard is found to be too low and there is room for improvement. Besides, the paper proposes some relative policy suggestions.
