气体流动对脉冲激光法试制纳米氧化铟粉体影响

摘要 通过"空气无对流影响试验"和"气体流速0.2 m/s影响试验",研究了气体流动对脉冲激光法试制纳米氧化铟粉体影响.结果表明:氧气浓度梯度是影响纳米氧化铟粉体颗粒结构、形状、尺寸等一致性的重要因素,0.2 m/s的空气流速,可消除铟表面氧气浓度梯度,提升纳米氧化铟粉体颗粒的一致性;气体中氧气含量影响脉冲激光束法试制纳米氧化铟粉体质量,当混合气体流速为0.2 m/s、氧气含量低于4%,出现未及时发生氧化反应而重新凝固的铟. The effects of gas flowing impacting on the indium oxide nanor powder manufactured by pulse laser was studied by the no air convection test and the gas flowing velocity of 0.2 m/s impacting test. The results indicate that, the oxygen concentration gradient is an important factor affecting the u- niformity of the indium oxide nano powder particles' structure and shape and size, 0.2 m/s gas flowing rate can eliminate the oxygen concentration gradient of the indium surface, improve the uniformity of the indium oxide nano powder particles. The oxygen content in gas affects the quality of the indium ox- ide nano powder, as the mixed gas flow rate was 0.2 m/s and the was not all oxidizing reaction in a timely manner and solidification oxygen content less than 4%, there of indium.
