摘要
在建设多频道数字播出系统的过程中,由于过渡期的设备老化及存在崩溃点等原因,构建了每个频道均采用完全独立的主/备通道,无单一崩溃点的全程全数字化标清电视播控系统.该系统经过两年的运行,画质清晰,故障率低于0.06%,技术指标优于行业标准,满足了广电总局62号令提出的电视播出要求.
In the process of construction of multi-channel digital broadcasting system, the broadcast center constructed the full digital standard definition television broadcasting control system which is u- sing a completely independent assertive case channel, without a single break point. After two years of operation,it satisfies the requirements of SARFT Decree 62 with the clear picture quality, less than 0.06% failure rate and better technical indicators
